| This is my last post on this xanga page
I started a new xanga: myevereverafter
I will continue to post at this site, so if you are wanting to keep up
with me, my life, and keep in contact - then subscribe to that one.
I have many years of my life documented on here so i will not delete this one however - just not posting more | | |
| Its nearing the end of May - I have one week left in my parents house. I'm not quite comprehending everything yet - I haven't really gotten used to the idea that a month from now I'll be starting my life as a married woman - it has not hit me yet, though I am getting a bit more excited to counteract the nervousness. In a month, I am going to retire this blog that has recorded my life for the past 3ish years and start a new one. Next weekend Steve is picking me up and we are going up to Ohio. His sister is graduating, and it will be a good time to just hang out with his family before the big day. I leave from there to go to California and spend time there for more than a week before I get married. My days in Cali will consist of wedding preparations and such. 27 days.... | | |
| My dad and I arrived in Kentucky yesterday morning after driving all night. Today I start working back at the daycare center for a month until my love comes for me and takes me away to get married. I am now determined to lose weight - operation 10 pounds... here we go. | | |
| My junior year of college is officially over - and I am so relieved! I have only 33 more hours to take before my degree is complete, and that is a great feeling. My gen-eds are done, my major requirements are nearly done - so I'll have a year full of electives. I plan on taking a few psychology classes, and maybe another math class. It is bittersweet leaving the dorms this year, as I won't be coming back to them again. I've loved my roommate, and suitemates, this year and it was so much fun hanging out with them. Last night was great. Steve took me out for an amazing dinner, we went to go see a movie, and then we just hung out and talked... it was a lot of fun and a great way to end finals week. I leave tomorrow... this is really happening. | | |
| This week is finals week - I had my three hardest today, and I have two more this week. On Thursday Steve and I will celebrate 2 years of officially being together. We're going out for dinner at Cheesecake Factory, and he's planning the rest of it without my knowledge - I'm so excited to just be able to spend the whole day with him since neither of us have to work!! This weekend my daddy is coming out to pick me up and I'll be at home for a month (working full time and working on wedding stuff), then with Steve's family for a little over a week, and then I'm coming to CALIFORNIA!!!!!! I'm so excited. I miss everyone so much and can't wait to hang out. Invitations are out, and all the little details are being tied down, its exciting and scary at the same time. I think its normal to be scared though, from what I've heard from other people anyway. Married life is for sure going to be an adventure. | | |
